Academic Tutoring: $105 per session. Each session is sixty minutes.
Educational Evaluation: The cost of educational evaluation varies with the extent of the evaluation, the staff required for the assessment, and the nature of the documentation to be reviewed and produced. Typical educational evaluations include a cognitive and academic assessment totalling approximately six hours of student contact. Such an evaluation costs approximately $1750-$2200. The exact cost can be determined once the extent of the evaluation is assessed.
What are the Billing Terms?
We will send a statement to you at the end of each month of service for the work completed. We request payment by the end of the following month. A finance charge may be assessed for late payment. Payment by check is preferred, and we are not able to accept credit cards. In the case of educational assessments, billing is usually done upon completion of the evaluation with payment requested within 30 days.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Whether you have worked with us just briefly, or like many of our growing family of students, all we ask is for "reasonable notice" to discontinue scheduled tutoring sessions. We consider last minute illness (given a phone call to us before the session) reasonable, but not a pattern of that. We expect more than 24 hours notice for scheduled events that you should have forseen such as a planned vacation or a prescheduled sports commitment. When you provide us with ample time, we can offer the time to other students who would be eager to take advantage of it given enough advance notice.
