QWERTY has always considered itself to be a resource for Silicon Valley families. We seek to improve the lives of students and families through our service offerings. Each of them is offered to support the goal of promoting understanding so that confidence grows and progress is made.

Academic Tutoring

A tutoring relationship is an effective means to better understand a student’s learning strengths and weaknesses. It is an excellent way to develop confidence, organization, motivation, and study skills in successful students as well as in struggling students. Educational Evaluation and Testing

QWERTY Education Services provides cognitive and academic evaluation of students in all grades, including college students and adults. Cognitive evaluation assesses how a student learns and identifies his or her strengths and weaknesses in basic learning processes. Academic evaluation provides standardized measures of a student’s achievement in reading, writing, spelling, math, oral language, and other areas. Summer Investigative Tutoring

Investigative Tutoring is intended for students who are not currently working with one of our educators. It is a “package” designed to allow a student to strengthen specific skill sets with a special eye to the challenges he or she is having in that area. Working directly on the academic skills of concern, there are two goals: learning more in the skill area, and learning the study skills and strategies to best tackle these skills using a student’s individual learning strengths.
